class="pt-cv-content">連鎖健身室舒適堡去年「暫時全線結業」前，銷售手法屢惹爭議，但原來會籍爭議只是操守問題的冰山一角，性別意識不足亦同樣令人驚訝。早於舒適堡宣佈結業前一年的某天，已完成上半身手術的跨性別男生W偕友人到屯門分店辦理會籍，他穿起一襲男裝運動衣、下巴長著少許鬚根，辦理手續後踏進男更衣室，卻馬上被職員以身份證印著「女性」標記為由，拒絕其進內。Ｗ說，事後曾向平機會投訴，惟對方因「申訴缺乏實質」而終止調查。平機會回覆《Ｇ點》查詢時稱，須遵守保密和需要知情的原則，不會透露是否收到投訴或相關詳情。舒適堡則在２０２４年９月６日宣布暫時全線結業，截稿前仍未有回覆。<br
